instrument at the tender age of eight. He has been composing since age 16, and more than
83 of his songs are copyrighted. He is host of a bi-monthly songwriter’s circle, held at the
Denmark Arts Center in Denmark, Maine, and gives guitar lessons. Gary also performs on
mandolin and operates a personal recording studio.
4:00 pm High Tea: E. G. Roth, Harpist
E. G. Roth is a professional harpist who performs in Maine and around New England.
Her repertoire ranges from classical to popular, and she is also a skilled vocalist who can

British Tea Times
Traditional tea break at 11:00 a.m. that includes tea and typically a scone, biscuits or muffin.
Typically at 4:00 or 5:00 p.m. (dinner in Britain and the continent is usually not before 7:30 p.m.). It is a leisurely affair, conducive to chatting, sipping
and sampling finger sandwiches, scones, macaroons and other treats.
It may be a surprise to learn that high tea originated with the working classes, who worked through what we consider
“lunch hour”. High tea would be served at home after the workday at a table and now often includes soup
in addition to sweets and fruit.
We are also high on Special Events. Just ask.
We have a lot of great ideas to make your event extra - memorable.
